At PreciousGlitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help with our hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@preciousglitz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange. We will ship out the replacement item once the original item is returned and inspected.
